This Privacy Policy explains how Monumental Capital (“we”, “us”) handles information collected through www.monumentalcapital.co (the “Site”).

When you submit a form on the Site, we collect the information you provide: your name, company name, MC/DOT number (optional), phone number, email address, number of trucks, how long you typically wait to get paid, whether you currently factor, and any message you write. Our server may also record your IP address to prevent abuse and limit repeated submissions.

How we use information

• To respond to your request and contact you by email or phone.
• To understand your business so we can refer you to a suitable third-party factoring company.
• To operate, secure and improve the Site and prevent spam or abuse.

How we share information

Monumental Capital refers carriers to independent third-party factoring companies. If you ask us to, or submit the interest form, we may share the information you provided with one or more factoring companies so they can contact you. Those companies handle your information under their own privacy practices. We may also share information with service providers that help us operate the Site, or when required by law.

Fuel card

The fuel card sign-up takes place on monumentalfuel.com. Information you enter there is handled under that site’s own terms and policies.

Cookies and analytics

The Site does not currently set tracking cookies. If this changes, this policy will be updated.

Data retention and security

We keep submitted information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above. We use reasonable measures to protect it, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you submitted by emailing Richard@monumentalcapital.co.

The Site is intended for business users and is not directed to children.
