Monumental Capital refers carriers to independent third-party factoring companies and promotes a fuel card offered at monumentalfuel.com. Monumental Capital is not a lender, bank or factoring company, and does not itself purchase invoices or extend credit.

No guarantee; no obligation

Submitting a form on the Site does not obligate you or us to enter into any agreement, and does not guarantee that you will be matched with, approved by, or offered terms from any factoring company. Rates, fees, advances and other terms are set by the factoring company and depend on your loads, brokers and other factors. Any agreement is solely between you and that company.

Fuel card information

Fuel card sign-up, pricing and terms are provided at monumentalfuel.com. Savings figures (such as the approximately $0.52 per gallon average) are averages, are not guarantees, and vary by location, fuel price and other factors.

Information you provide

You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that you are authorized to submit it for your business. Our use of that information is described in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access, or submit false or automated requests.

Third-party sites

The Site links to third-party sites, including monumentalfuel.com and factoring companies. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site and its content are provided “as is” for general information and are not legal, tax or financial advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Monumental Capital is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
